Review: Cozip Soft Polycarbonate Slim fit

Up for review is the Cozip’s Soft Polycarbonate Slim Fit Case – probably one of my favorite cases I’ve used so far.

The design is simple, yet stylish and protects only the back and the sides of the iPhone. Putting on and taking off the case is a breeze. The case is not slippery, but slightly rubbery, providing an extra grip.

This case obviously is not for those who want to protect and guard their phones from all harm. But for those who still want to show off their iPhone and still have some minimal protection, this case is definitely for you. Read the rest of the review after the jump.

Here’s the reason why I love this case – it still makes my iPhone look like an iPhone! Yes, this case will probably not protect the phone if you were to drop it, but hey – I’m rather careful with mine. It is so sleek and discreet you even forget that it’s there. Usually, I lightly toss my phone on my desk or while I’m in my car and this case allows me to do that with ease. Also, I usually put the phone in my pocket – and this case does not attract any lint or other particles.

One of the things I didn’t like was – as a result of using this case the silver chrome around your iPhone does seem to get scratched from putting on and taking off the case. (Take a look at my Flickr to see) But in the end, for me personally it didn’t really matter because whatever case you used, the silver chrome was bound to get scratched.

Overall rating – 7.5 out of 10 ( I would’ve rated it higher but I know that it doesn’t really provide good protection.)

Pros – Slick, simple, light, does not attract particles, and still makes your iPhone look like an iPhone… if not better.

Cons – Scratches the silver chrome as a result of use and lack of full protection.
