You and I are not completely happy with the Voice/Data plans that AT&T has decided to offer us. Albeit it’s still way better than what Roger’s is doing to our neighbors up north. But thanks to Steve’s giving DEVs the ok for allowing VOIP on the iPhone, we can all have some assurance that 450mins a month just might be enough. These really cool folks have given us a pretty cool app called iCall. iCall allows you to easily switch from the minute munching voice call to a much cheaper Voip call. With iCall, you are allowed to make and receive calls via WiFi. You are going to be able to access your same address book, along with being able to fully customize your voicemail options. The best thing about iCall is that it’s FREE. All calls made in and to US and Canadian numbers are free. The voicemail service that you will receive will be free, unlike other VOIP companies. From what I’ve seen so far, this is looking to be a pretty sweet app and maybe a must have for all iPhone users. I myself am going to be getting on for sure. No pricing information yet per the iCall website.
