It’s official, Walmart will be selling the iPhone 3G starting Sunday, December 28th, at the low low discounted price of $197 ($2 savings).  Maybe the rumored $99 iPhone that Walmart was supposed to be selling will be the rumored iPhone Nano. I guess we’ll find out in January.

Oh Apple, an iPhone Nano? YES!

Posted in News, Rumor by Ryan W.. Published December 23rd, 2008

Well, well, well. The jig is up Apple, you’ve been outed. It looks as if there will be a lower cost iPhone heading our way, just not the one we had hoped for. It seems Apple has been outed by XSKN, the same people who gave us the heads up on the new iPhone 3G and the new iPod Nano. After some browsing on the internet, BMAi has found some very convincing evidence pointing towards the existence of the “rumored” iPhone Nano. We’ve spoken with one of our very reliable sources and in so many words they’ve given us a BMAi Exclusivethe rumors are true, the iPhone Nano is coming. Our source has contacts overseas that have received specs for the iPhone Nano and cases are being constructed at this point. As the rest of the BMAi writers have said, we are excited for this update, but hope that Apple doesn’t pull a fast one on the 2G and 3G owners and add iPhone Nano specific upgrades. If they add a higher MegaPixel camera or any other upgrade, you are going to have a lot of ticked off customers. I of course won’t be one, I still have the 2G and I love it. We promise to keep you up to date coverage on this developing story. Post your comments below.

Flatulence

Posted in Apps, News by Ryan W.. Published December 22nd, 2008

Its a sad fact that people find amusement in pooting. I personally find it hilarious on many occasions, not all, but many. One instance is when my dog decides to walk by and crop dust my wife and I. Not funny at all.

What is funny is that 27 different iPhone developers think it is funny enough to put together applications that allow everyone to experience the joys of hearing the sound of someone expelling gas. Some of you may recall that a few weeks ago, Apple decided to open the App Store to a wider variety of useless apps, and it looks like that plan back-fired (no pun intended). I however do not see the need for almost 30 farting apps. If you don’t believe me, open iTunes and search for “fart” in the iTunes store. What has this world come too?
