With much fanfare at WWDC, TomTom announced they would be developing a navigational app for the iPhone. Since then there has been much anticipation and speculation
on when the TomTom would become available. As weeks passed and they turned into months many other turn by turn navigational apps started to pop up in the app store such as Navigon, Xroad, Sygic and iGo. Well as I was browsing the app store late night to my surprise there it was, TomTom Navigational app priced from $74.99 (Australia) to $139.99 ( Western Europe), the other 2 that fill in the gaps are US & Canada priced at $99.99 and New Zealand at $94.99(Click each region to be brought to their iTunes App store page).
With all the fanfare that came along with the announcement at WWDC it was super surprising that they just showed up in the app store during the night. Very Ninja like!!

Pros: Colors for both men and women. Very stylish and classy. Small enough to fit in another bag or carry around. All around great case.
Cons: Not all colors are available at the moment big drawback as these cases are hot!
Overall: Stylish, professional case. Great for both sexes. Provides great protection although the fabric could be a little thicker. If the price is right for you I say, go for it.

Pros: Allows you to view your iPhone videos on a wall up to 60 inches wide. Very small in size making it pocketable. Comes with 1 GB Micro SD card and has built-in 1 GB of memory.
Cons: Very quiet built-in speaker, rechargeable battery only lasts about an hour so you can’t watch a full movie on one charge. Requires very dark conditions in the room that you want to use it in for optimal picture and clarity.
Overall: This is definitely a fun gadget to add to your iPhone accessories. Even with it’s short comings, it’s still a fun product that I would recommend people check out. In my experience, the best and really only time I could get any good use out of it was late at night in a room with absolutely no lights.
Luckily many of the things that I feel should be improved on the P1 will be available in the upcoming new P2 model which will have 33 lumens instead of 12, 2+ hr battery life (with optional add-on battery), includes a mini tripod stand and screw mount to use with your larger tripods, higher resolution, remote control, and comes with a built-in VGA connection for laptops to hook into it without a special cord. It also comes with a $350 price tag
The P1 retails for $240 and is available for purchase from Aaxa Technologies.

Pros: Not exclusive to iPod/iPhone, will charge a plethora of devices, can charge 2 items at once, will charge your iPhone from 10% to full twice before needing to replenish the Fueltank. Free adapter coupon included in package.
Cons: Each adapter will cost you another $9.95. The adapter cords need to be longer, for example when I use it with my iPhone I have to hold the Fueltank and the iPhone. If the cord was longer I could keep it connected and put my iPhone on top of the Fueltank making it easier to carry from place to place while in use.
Overall: A solid offering for charging a variety of devices on the go. Anything from cell phones , blue tooth devices, digital cameras, the list just goes on and on. The ability to charge 2 different devices at the same time is a big plus. The major downfall for me is the length of the cords for the individual adapters, 2 inches longer bumps the rating up a notch.
You can purchase the Fueltank from Callpod directly by clicking here for a price of $69.99 and the adapters will cost you $9.95 each. Frugal shoppers may be able to find a deal on sites such as Amazon.

Pros: Easy to play, good time-waster type of game, low priced
Cons: I think the replay value on this game isn’t very high, you’ll probably get tired of it pretty quick
Overall: Overall, since this game is only 99¢, I think it might be worth trying out. It does help time fly by when you’re sitting down for a few minutes while your wife shops for shoes.
You can purchase this app from the App Store for $.99

Pros: Addresses the need to send emails to many people in a group which is really limited in the iPhone OS.
Cons: A bit expensive at $1.99 and when adding contacts to a list it would be nice to have the ability to tap multiple contacts instead of adding them one at a time.
Overall: This app solves a problem when you need to send an email to a distribution list that’s for sure. If you tried to do the same thing in the iPhone OS you would have to add each recipient to the email which is cumbersome. I would have liked to see this app priced at 99 cents.
You can purchase iEDL for $1.99 by clicking here and being directed to their iTunes App store page.
