Screen Protection products Banned from Apple Stores?

This would include all cases and accessories that incorporate screen protection solutions with their products. There is currently no official statement from Apple about the specific reasoning behind their decision. Speculation is that Apple wants to eliminate the perception of the need of screen protection solutions for their devices. According to a report by Macworld, this ruling could go beyond screen protectors and eventually include accessories designed to protect the palm rest areas on Apple’s Macbooks as well.
