Review: SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone & iPad

Pros: Gives you the ability to watch your home programming on the road, never miss another big game, one app will work with both iPhone and iPad although the app is not marketed that way.
Cons: Expensive; with the needed purchase of a Silngbox Solo box I would expect a lower priced app.
Overall: The SlingPlayer Mobile app is a fantastic add on to your SlingBox as it enable you to watch your home programming without the need of your computer.  This app is a solid performer on both Wifi and 3G and will always keep you up to date on that important game or TV show when you are on the road.  No longer do husbands have to stress when on those shopping trips; just fire up your iPhone or iPad.  I would prefer to see a lower price point on this app considering the initial investment of the Slingbox hardware.
