iPhone 4 coming to T-Mobile?

Internet chatter is becoming increasingly loud about T-Mobile getting the new iPhone 4 after years of exclusivity with AT&T.  A reliable source states that high ranking T-Mobile officials have been given the new Apple iPhone 4 already running on the T-Mobile network to test the device.  This move makes a lot of sense since many T-Mobile users are already using unlocked iPhones on the network now.  This is a smart move since the T-Mobile network and AT&T share a similar GSM technology with the only difference being the 3G band.  Earlier last month it was rumored that Verizon would be getting the iPhone 4 on their network, but the source says they are already using the iPhone 4 on the T-Mobile network.
