Pros: No Liquid needed, no cloudiness that needs to evaporate for two days, looks crystal clear immediately, 2 full body films for $24.95, lifetime warranty.
Cons: Little forgiveness with dry apply, wet apply allows you to slide around to align, the part that first touches the screen needs to be “worked” out to clear up.
Overall: The Bodyguardz Dry Apply is a fantastic offering from Bodyguardz and alleviates any worries of having water come in contact with your device.  The downside is you need to be VERY precise the first time as there is very little room for error.  With the elimination of the cloudy look for the first two days I would use the dry apply over the wet version.
