Video Review: Cyber Acoustics Leather iPad Case

Pros: Nice quality leather and good drop protection.
Cons: The stand feature doesn’t work in portrait mode.
Overall: This is a great folio style case. I think that for $40 it’s a great value especially with the nice quality leather that it’s made from. I love the stand feature for watching videos and typing. I liked this folio so much that I’ve decided to award it our Editors’ Choice Award for being such a good value.

Before getting the Cyber Acoustics case, I have owned 3 other cases and have been unhappy for one reason or another with each. I like the style and features of the Apple Case, but DO NOT like the way it is constantly filthy and how it seems to be a dust magnet. The inside lining of the Apple case was constantly attracting dust to the iPad screen. But … I really like the thin design and the angles it could hold the iPad at.

Anyway, read a few reviews of this case at MacForums and then saw this video review and bought it. I have only had it for a day but I like it a lot. Leather is nice – not as nice as a really fine leather but real leather and it has a nice softness and does not smell. It is exactly the same as the Apple case – thin, same ability to hold the iPad at the right angles. The way it holds the Ipad inside is great.

This looks like a “keeper” and it is not all that expensive. My favorite so far.
