Pros: Super fantastic protection, soft felt interior, matte finish, no flash bounce, locking mechanism on holster for extra security, felt on holster to protect screen, spring loaded top clip on holster.
Cons: Adds some bulk to the phone, matte finish shows oils from hands.
Overall: The Seidio Innocase II & holster combo is a great protective offering from Seidio, a solid combo that will run you $49.95 as a combo or $29.95 each bought separately.  The big difference between this case and the Innocase for the 3G(S) is the added bulk as it is not as slim as the original innocase.  Use the Innocase II by itself or combo with the super solid holster.
