Pros: Additional pockets
Cons: Could use a little more padding
Overall: The Trexta Mickey iPad Messenger bag is a great solution for carrying around your iPad without having to haul around a large laptop bag. Although the version I reviewed was more feminine in color, they do offer other color combinations.

Pros: Very comfortable, lots of storage and organizational pockets.
Cons: Being a slim style backpack, you may have trouble fitting larger items in this bag.
Overall: This is probably one of the nicest and most well designed bags I’ve ever tested. You can tell that a lot of thought when into designing and manufacturing this product; from the suspended laptop pocket, to the felt lined iPad pocket. There’s ample padding to product your devices and the quality and craftmanship is second to none. Like I mentioned in my video, this is more of a slim style of laptop backpack so you may have trouble fitting larger items into the bag. If you need a larger bag then I’d recommend checking out STM’s other laptop backpacks. This backpack is such a great value that we want to award it our Editors Choice Award.

You can read more about the Jet backpack on STM’s website, or you can purchase it from Radtech.com for $80

Pros: Great Briefcase with a ton of storage and great protection.
Cons: None really
Overall: This is a great product for those business people or anyone that carries a briefcase on a daily basis. This briefcase offers a ton of protection with a lot of room inside for your laptop and other items you want to carry. Also this product looks much better then most leather style briefcases. I would definitely pick this briefcase if your a apple fan like my self.

Pros: Plenty of padding for your laptop to protect against drops, dedicated iPad pocket, super padded arm straps for all day comfort, plenty of pockets, holds about 2000 pages of books in the main holding area, rain jacket stored in bottom of bag. Comes in two sizes: small or medium.
Cons: Velcro holding laptop compartment closed is a bit weak, can’t buy directly from manufacturer(Radtech and ebags are your best bets)
Overall: The STM Revolution Laptop Backpack is a solid extremely protective bag with plenty of room for other stuff. With the laptop compartment not being directly against your back the laptop is more protected and less stress is put on your back. The straps and back have tons of padding that will keep you comfortable all day long. This bag is great for the urban professional as well as the college student. I have found myself using this bag even when not carrying around electronics.

You can learn more about the Revolution from STM Bags by visiting their website yet you will need to purchase it from a retailer like Radtech or eBags for $99.95.

Pros: Sleek and stylish design with an attractive color scheme & build. Professional. Splash proof, tons of room & pockets, and great padding for your laptop computer.
Cons: Although I find the bags spacious size convenient its also the drawback as it can tend to look and feel bulky, of course that will also depend on your body type the more petite you are the more bulky it might seem.
Overall: I found “The Stitch” to be a great bag & yet another exceptional product from agent18.

This product can be purchased from Agent18 for $49.95.

Review: Krusell Breeze Laptop Bag

Rating: 10 out of 10 & EDITOR’S CHOICE REWARD
Pros: Genuine Leather with high quality  craftsmanship. It’s also light and stylish
Cons: 15.4″ laptops don’t fit the special pocket for the laptop but it fits the bag so this is just minor con – price ( 189 Euro / $279 USD )
Overall: In my eyes this is the perfect laptop bag for 13-14″ laptops but 15.4″ laptops may have some problems. If you want something stylish and you have $279 then this is the bag for you :) You can purchase it here.

Mac Monday: Slim Carrie by Flickz Cases

Posted in Bag, Mac Monday, Misc, Reviews, Video by Tom Moccia. Published June 12th, 2009

Rating: 7 out of 10
Pros: For women this laptop bag really looks more like a stylish purse, very lightweight, lots of pockets inside, comes in 6 different color combinations
Cons: The interior fabric could be a bit thicker and of better quality.  I can see this wearing out rather quickly.  No shoulder strap so it does not lend itself to the men out there.
Overall: A good laptop bag for the price and it doesn’t shout  ”I HAVE A LAPTOP!!!”.  A bit different in styling which is is good in these days of the hohum messenger bag.  Although it looks like a purse I guess a guy could get away rockin’ this bag.  The biggest thing that was omitted is the shoulder strap.  Why no strap?

You can purchase the Slim Carrie by Flickz Cases for $42.80 directly from their website.  And the shipping from Singapore is quite reasonable.
