Pros: Gives you peace of mind when using your iPhone in a public setting. Screen shield works as advertised in preventing those around you from viewing your screen. Easy installation.
Cons: Significantly decreases the clarity of your screen taking away from the “Retina” display. The darker tint forces you to increase the brightness of your display and as a result decreases battery life.
Overall: The ScreenGuardz privacy screen shield from NLU Products works as advertised but not without a few drawbacks.
You can purchase the ScreenGuardz Privacy Screen Shield for the iPhone 4 at for $19.95

Pros: Super clear anti-glare screen protector for the iPhone 4, extremely easy to install, comes with 3 screen shields to a pack plus a bonus shield for the back of your phone, cut a little smaller to avoid lift with cases, affordable.
Cons: Only available in Antiglare, no crystal clear option.
Overall: The Speck ShieldView is an extremely well designed and good looking screen protector for the iPhone 4. With 3 fronts and 1 back to a pack for $9.99 along with outstanding clarity and quality you really can’t go wrong. The only downfall is I wish they also offered a Crystal Clear version and maybe a Clear and Anti combo pack. These screen shields are such good quality and a great value so there is no surprise that they get my Editor’s Choice Award.
You can purchase the ShieldView for iPhone 4 as well as other iDevices directly from Speck by clicking here and visiting their website. Again $9.99 for 3 fronts and a bonus rear shield is one heck of a bargain.

Pros: Amazing picture quality, Easy to install, nice look
Cons: Does get finger print smudges
Overall: This is a great Screen shield for the user that doesn’t want to distort their display with anti fingerprint screen shields. This screen gives a very nice viewing experience, the only draw back being slight finger print smudges. However the video quality makes up for this. While these are on sale I would recommend them for purchase.

Pros: The Decal has texture, many colors to choose and very durable. The BandEDGE has great feel, covers buttons, durable
Cons: I found none
Overall: These two products are a great combination. I love the look of the faux white iPhone I’ve created. The BandEDGE is a great cheaper alternative to the bumper style cases. I love the Chromatics waterless install and the ability to pull it up to get it just right. Overall I LOVE these products and couldn’t find any shortcomings. The Scosche BandEDGE is available for $24.99 and the Phantomskinz Chromatics series for iPhone 4 can be bought for $29.95.

Pros: Relatively easy to install on your iPad.
Cons: Can take up to 2 days to completely dry.
Overall: I think the Wrapsol for iPad is a must for all iPad owners. It does a great job of protecting the large 10″ screen and preventing scratches. It does take some time for the skin to dry and the haze to go away, but after it’s done drying it looks great.
You can purchase this kit from Wrapsol for $34.95.

Pros: No Liquid needed, no cloudiness that needs to evaporate for two days, looks crystal clear immediately, 2 full body films for $24.95, lifetime warranty.
Cons: Little forgiveness with dry apply, wet apply allows you to slide around to align, the part that first touches the screen needs to be “worked” out to clear up.
Overall: The Bodyguardz Dry Apply is a fantastic offering from Bodyguardz and alleviates any worries of having water come in contact with your device. The downside is you need to be VERY precise the first time as there is very little room for error. With the elimination of the cloudy look for the first two days I would use the dry apply over the wet version.
You can purchase the BodyGuardz Dry Apply full body protection with 2 complete sets for $24.95 including a lifetime warranty. Click here to be directed to their website.

Pros: Product is very easy to install. You get complete full body scuff and scratch protection for your iPhone with MINIMAL bulk. You also maintain the smooth glass like feel and crystal clear clarity on your screen using the Steinheil Optical Enhancement Film.
Cons: Like all full body protective film kits, the only real drawback with these type of protective solutions is with their lack of protection from drops.
Overall: I am extremely impressed with the SGP Incredible Shield Ultra Coat. I love the combination of the soft skin shield for the back and the Steinheil Optical Enhancement film for the screen of your iPhone 4. In addition the haze and imperfections that are common with all wet style installations completely cleared up in less than 24 hours. In my opinion this is the perfect combination for those that want protection from scratches and scuffs without the bulk of a case. The Incredible Shield Ultra Coat is awarded my Editor’s Choice Award.

Pros: hardly know its on, cut a bit smaller than the screen to avoid “lift”, Flawless front screen shields. Matte back is very impressive and looks very classy, easy installation on the back.
Cons: I would like to see 2 sets for $26.99 instead of just one.
Overall: SGP does not disappoint with the incredible shield matte back and although we used the oleophobic instead of the Crystal Clear that is included you really can’t go wrong with either. The SGP Stenheil front screen shields are in my opinion the best static shields on the market. The Incredible Shield back is a new product, very easy to install, looks fantastic and will be a force to be dealt with that is for sure. Both the SGP Steinheil Incredible Shield as well as the Ultra Oleophobic Screen Shield are awarded my Editor’s Choice Award.
You can purchase the Incredible Shield for $26.99 and a 2 pack of Ultra Oleophobic Screen Shields for $13.99. Click here to be brought to the SGP online store.

Pros: Now cutout for front facing camera, no fingerprints whatsoever, affordable, easy installation, extremely high optical quality.
Cons: As with all anti fingerprint shields the screen will not be as clear as without.
Overall: SGP has scored yet another winner, the simple change that they implemented to extend the earphone hole to not cover the front facing camera like on the first version of the Crystal Clear has been a huge improvement. A great feel under the finger and not having to wipe fingerprints off the screen constantly make the SGP Steinheil Anti-fingerprint screen shield an extremely solid option.
You can purchase the SGP Steinheil Anti-fingerprint screen shields for the iPhone 4 along with a multitude of other products directly from SGP. A two pack will run you $11.99. Click here to be directed to the SGP Store website.

Pros: Super clear and will never know its on the screen, easy to install, cut a tad smaller than screen so does not pull up, respected company.
Cons: This first version does not have cutout for front facing camera which causes a bit of “lift” around ear piece, sides pull up a bit with a case. SGP tells me this will be corrected on the second version (review as soon as I get them in).
Overall: It seems like SGP as well as many other companies are having issues with their products and the front facing camera as well as the new flash on the back. Best bet is to do your research and investigate new products that come out for the iPhone 4 to make sure there are no issues. I still love the SGP Steinheil screen shields so I look forward to checking out the second version. The best thing about SGP is customers suggested they wanted the cutout and they are accommodating. That’s what customer service is all about.
