Pros: Great Audio Potential, HD Radio, 5 alarm presets, classy design
Cons: Does not sound good with iPod/iPhone, No preset for alarm level, Buttons not responsive enough
Overall: JBL has produce a potentially great sounding product. Unfortunately unless you have some basic EQing knowledge the true potential of this system can not be met. The HD Radio sounds fantastic, and being able to Tag songs to purchase later on iTunes is a fantastic feature. For $200 I did expect more from the iPod enabled sound and would only seriously look at this device due to being packaged with the HD Radio.
You can purchase this product from multiple JBL online retailers.
Rating: 7 out of 10
Pros: Small, compact, inexpensive, variety of colors, lanyard included, rechargeable, 3 hours of battery life.
Cons: Even with the speaker open the bass is a little weak
Overall: The Cygnett Baseball is a good little speaker if you are looking for an inexpensive speaker that is quite portable for those situations where you just need some tunes. Great for at work or maybe a tailgate just to have some music around. These are available from a few different retailers but could be difficult to find at times. I found them on Frys.com for $14.99.
Rating: 7 out of 10
Pros: Wireless, Great sounding audio, comfortable, easy to adjust volume and mute yourself
Cons: Microphone quality is lacking, approx. 4 hour battery life, proprietary charging plug
Overall: I was really impressed with the overall audio quality when using this as a regular pair of headphones. I wish the EQ would be better right out of the box, but when using the Electronic EQ in iTunes the ClearChat sounds fantastic. The microphone sounds distant and all around murky. For $100 I would not recommend these, if you can find them on sale I would recommend these simply for the listening quality.

Pros: Includes an auxiliary in port and input cable, just in case you want to use this system with other MP3 players. Illuminated Controls
Cons: Only includes docking trays for the iPhone 3G/3GS, iPod Nano 5th gen and the iPod Touch.
Overall: I was very impressed with the quality of sound that came from this unit with only (2) 2.25 inch 3 watt speakers. This system isn’t made to fill a large room, but if you’re looking for a good speaker system for your office, dorm room, bed room, etc., then this is the Speaker System for you. I’m not sure how much I would use it for watching videos, but the rotating horizontal feature is definitely a nice touch.

Rating: 5 out of 10
Pros: Charges, docks and syncs all in one unit, amplifies audio by 10 decibels, can utilize landscape mode.
Cons: Poorly weighted, iPhone sits very awkwardly, pricey for what it delivers, does not include a U.S. power adapter, will not amplify sound from iPod Touch.
Overall: I was a bit disappointed in this product because we have reviewed iKit products in the past and we were very impressed. The iKit Charger Dock & Amp is a very good concept with questionable design and implementation. When you dock your iPhone the unit is very unstable and poorly weighted. I was afraid the whole thing was going to topple over. This is a good concept but really needs a redesign. With a little more thought this could be a great product.
You can check out this product and many more products from iKit by visiting their website. The NuFlow Charger Dock & Amp retails for $40.
Rating: 7.5 out of 10
Pros: Nice spread of sound with the 4 drivers, good even sound quality while using the Treble Booster in the iPod EQ, Alarm will definitely get loud enough to wake you up
Cons: Treble Booster must be used or the Hi frequencies will severely lack, Alarm Clock is not integrated into the iPod Playlist, Remote can be a tad bit picky at times, Distortion after approx 90dB
Overall: This really is a nice solution if you’re looking for an alarm clock, w/o music, and a sound dock. It is unfortunate that it requires some EQ for even sound quality, but if you don’t have an audiophile ear, this system will definitely meet your expectations. This is meant for a smaller room, as if you want to fill a large room (15×15 or bigger) you will start noticing distortion past volume level 26.

Pros: Great call and microphone quality.
Cons: Does not offer a good seal in the ear.
Overall: I was very pleased with the call quality of this headset, unfortunately the call quality was the only redeeming factor giving it the 4 out of 10 rating. Using these for music listening is close to impossible due to the lack of in-ear seal, which is inexcusable for in-ear headphones.

Pros: The price is right at $39.99 at Costco, small footprint, Made for iPod certified, 4 LED levels: high ,med, low, and off, stylish design. More than adequate bass and sound quality. Offers buzzer, FM radio or iPod for waking you up.
Cons: Frankly, the buzzer feature doesn’t wake you up and I am a light sleeper, prompts you to put iPhone into airplane mode, only comes with 3 docks: iPod classic, iPod nano 4G and iPod touch.
Overall: The iHome iH110/iH11 is a quality unit that performs as expected at a very reasonable price of $39.99 at Costco. The two issues I have with this unit are the fact that the buzzer although at max volume does not wake you up effectively and the time adjustment moves just a bit too fast, so much so I miss the time that I desire to stop at.
The iHome h110 is available at Costco for $39.99 while the iHome iH11BR (a near identical unit) is available from iHome for $59.99 directly from their website.

Pros: Add up to 4 speakers, super easy to install and sync, overall good sound quality
Cons: Not specifically made for the iPhone so you may have to use Airplane mode, cannot control volume of satellite speakers from base unit, the Bass sounds a little funny on certain songs.
Verdict: These speakers are very nice and even with the negatives, they’re still a speaker system that any iPhone or iPod owner should check out. They aren’t cheap but I think having the ability to add up to 4 speakers and have them spread out around your house, more than makes up for the price.
Rating: 8 out of 10
Pros: Can be plugged in and works off of batteries also, has an auxiliary input
Cons: If you use it with the iPhone then you’ll have to put your phone into airplane mode or use the auxiliary input
Verdict: This speaker system has good quality sound, and has the ability to become a portable system. Although it’s made specifically for the iPod, it can still be used with the iPhone as well.
