Cons: Because of the curved shaped holder, an iPhone 4 with a case on it might slip out easily.
Overall: This is a good solution for those looking for an affordable suction cup mount for their vehicle and their mobile device. Unfortunately if your iPhone is in a case, it may fall out of the holder after hitting a few bumps in the car.

Pros: Two different models to chose from but priced the same, super easy installation, fits most any tablet, doesn’t get much moresecure than this, affordable at $59.95, fits with many cases installed.
Cons: With some cases you get a little annoying squeak (so don’t use that case HAHHAHA)
Overall: I have tested a lot of good tablet mounts for the car and most of them are very good. Pros: Many uses, holds all sorts of phones and devices, affordable, versatile.
Cons: Will have to find different applications in CA & MN as it is against the law to stick something on windshield.
Overall: The InYourFace Carbase lends itself to many uses in and outside of the car and I use mine stuck to my glass desk for FaceTime and speaker phone calls. With it’s five inch neck it’s a perfect length. The Carbase will hold all sorts of phones and we even fit in a Nintendo DS.

Pros: Sleek design and elegant look for mounting an iPad in the car, easy to install and remove from the headrest, case acts as a cover as well, stand case, cover, wall mount are all quality designs and implementations
Cons: Case can be a bit hard to get on and off iPad, on the higher end of the price spectrum, sticks out a bit from the headrest so the kids need to be careful not to kick it (you know how they like to swing their feet).
Overall: The Vogel’s headrest mount is my favorite part of the Vogel’s iPad mounting system is the Headrest mount in its ease and elegance. The design goes right along with the iPad and Apple design philosophy.

Pros: Bluetooth Speakerphone, Personal Alarm, Perfect size, multi function
Cons: Can get annoying having to keep your devices close by when using with this device.
Overall: I found the ZOMM extremely fun to use, very easy to set up and charge. The bluetooth feature worked great, sound quality was top notch for such a small device. I like the panic alarm idea in case of emergencies and the fact that it can dial 911 and announce that there is an emergency is great. Pros: Inexpensive, easy to mount and dismount, will also work with some cases, can mount at two levels
Cons: Won’t work with shell style cases only folio style, best used with a naked iPad.
OverallWhen you weigh functionality and price you can’t go wrong with the iPadKet. Inexpensive and easy to use and totally does the job that it was intended to do. With a velcro mounting system it couldn’t be easier to install and uninstall and when you slide the iPad in the holder it is extremely solid.

Review: ViewSticks Headrest Mounting System

Pros: Inexpensive, would work ok if car was not moving.
Cons: Clunky, rubber bands prone to breakage, not safe in the vent of an accident, difficult to implement.
Overall: The ViewSticks Headrest Mounting System is a good idea in concept but is poorly executed. I just can’t imagine the rubber bands withstanding extreme hot and cold temperatures and still being strong enough to hold an iPad. The other issue is I would not feel comfortable putting this in front of my child as an accident would certainly propel the device creating a dangerous projectile.

Pros: All your music from your iPod is completely accessible through the receiver, plus you can watch videos on the 3 inch display
Cons: Limited Pandora support, doesn’t play CDs, and the connector cord is short.
Overall: This is overall an excellent received that Kenwood has come up with. It’s nice to see that car audio companies aren’t neglecting iPhone/iPod owners when it comes to enjoying their music in their vehicles. The options and customizations that this receiver makes possible is limitless, I’ve been using it for a few months and I’m still finding new features! I think if you’re ready for the complete digital age with CDs disappearing fast, then this is the car receiver for you. It definitely earns our Editors’ Choice Award.

Overall: Looking for a great hands free carkit? Want to be green? Then check out the SOLARVisor N650 by Noise Hush form Wirelessground.com. Keep your eyes on the road and ears unobstructed by using this carkit. The voice quality was loud and easy to hear but with any bluetooth device in a roaring car, you may be slightly harder to hear than a normal call.
